Porting a Java desktop app to WPF
I’ve been learning WPF recently and I’m having some difficulties with regards to existing Java desktop apps and porting them to WPF.
I’m fairly new to the Java platform and WPF, so please forgive me for my lack of understanding. What I’m trying to do is find the best way to migrate from a Swing app to a WPF app. I’m really interested in keeping the look and feel of the app as much as possible, but with WPF, I’m not sure how to go about doing this. I’ve been reading a lot about Silverlight and other ways of doing this but WPF is what I want to use if possible.
